Noureen is a famous American actress with Indian heritage. She was born 1984 in New York City and raised to Georgia. Her parents, who are both natives of Pune, India have two sisters she loves. Parents were keen on their children having the top of their class, which is why they ensured that the kids attended the best schools that was available within the USA. Noureen was born on the 14th of July 1984 in New York City in the United States to her Indian parents, giving her the Marathi Indian heritage.
