Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been an actor, director writer, producer, and teacher in St. Thomas University. Anna Silk was the daughter of a British father and an British-born Turkish Cypriot mother. In her early years, Anna appeared on several television commercials. Anna moved to Toronto in the fall of 1999 in order to continue her acting career. Then, she settled in Los Angeles (California) over the next ten years.
