Paula Patton is an actress and producer who is best known for her starring roles in the action spy movie Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol and the romantic film Precious. She was born into a middle-class household in Los Angeles, she harboured big dreams as a child. Her mother enjoyed watching films and instilled a passion for movies in her daughter and also. Paula was active in the co-curricular activities of her school and particularly awed by the dramatic arts. She was a member of her class and took part in the school productions. When she was able to complete the assignment with success, she began being an assistant in TV documentary production. Her next step was to begin producing documentaries.
